Every 6 months, each Beneficiary submits a consolidated report covering the progress of the different WP aspects. Periodic reports include:
- Technical progress
- Results
- Compliancy Summary
- Management level information (resources, costs, delays)
The PC will synthesize the overall project status and planning. For the attention of the Joint Call Secretariat (JCS), the following reports will be prepared by the MB and officially supplied by the PC:
- Semester Progress Reports – concise description of all activities undertaken with respect the objectives, action and work plan envisaged in the project.
- Mid-term Report – detailed description of the activities undertaken with respect to the objectives, actions and work plan envisaged in the project during first 12 months.
- Final Report: contains a summary of the main achievements and results of the project.
